Tahrir Square and Egyptian Revolution January 25

Tahrir Square:

Tahrir Square, one of the largest squares of Cairo in Egypt Named at the beginning of its inception Ismailia square Proportion to Khedive Ismail, but when Egypt was liberated from colonialism in revolution 1919 called Tahrir Square (Tahrir means Liberation).
In it there are many famous places:

- Egyptian museum

- American University in Egypt

- Tahrir collector (in Arabic: mogama3 el Tahrir)

- Headquarters of the League of Arab States

- Nile Hilton Hotel

- El Sadat Metro Station
























On January 25, 2011 millions of Egyptian Youth gathered in Tahrir Square, requesting President Mubarak to abandon his position , and took Tahrir Square as a headquarters of their revolution and sit there until on February 11,2011 which was the day that President Mubarak abandoned his position, this day was as a festival for the Egyptian , where all Egyptian people come down from their homes to celebrate the president step down and the Supreme Council of the armed forces took over the affairs of the country for 6 months until fair elections .

The most distinguishing feature of this wonderful revolution, that It was a popular revolution and had no specific leader, but it began when a large group of Egyptian youth across the social web site Facebook to gather in Tahrir Square to get in to their demands of freedom and social justice .On 26 January, 2011 large number of all classes of Egyptian people joined these young people demands.
Egyptian Revolution one of the greatest revolutions of the world, but previous corrupt Mubarak regime has tried to inject some thugs in Tahrir square and other places to tarnish the image of the great revolution but youth revolution organized people's committees to protect the human life an, properties and their revolution.



After Mubarak gave up his position people left Tahrir Square, but in a strange precedent Witnessed by the world the Egyptian youth cleaned the Tahrir square and other places in Egypt (Mother of the world) and this showed Egyptian urbanization.

Wax Museum

Wax Museum Was established in 1934 in Helwan which is an educational museum,Where it incarnate Egypt's history by the wax sculptures, which made precision since the era of the pharaohs to the modern era.

The Wax Museum is the fourth in the world after the Museums of France , England and Australia in terms Collectables included and In terms of popularity it is the second most famous museums in the world.
